• Heartbeat/telemetry (minimal): occasional HTTPS pings to verify seat count and subscription status.

We do not collect robot backups, programs, or files. Backup data never leaves your network.

• Validate licenses and enforce seat limits

4. Storage & Security

Licensing data is transmitted via HTTPS and stored securely. We retain only what’s necessary for active subscriptions. Robot backup files are never uploaded to ControlsDeck.

You may contact us to review or delete licensing data where feasible and lawful. Disabling all licensing checks may prevent software use.
